Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to FedEx/UPS/DHL when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to FedEx/UPS/DHL/TNT as soon as they are discovered.
As a private person you have 14 day money back guarantee. You can return your carpet within 14 days and get your money back. The carpet has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it. More detailed information can be found under "Return".
When sending back a carpet you first have to contact us to get a return dispatch note. It is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed. When a return is completed the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited.
